Bookstore Romance Day is a day designed to give independent bookstores an opportunity to celebrate Romance fiction—its books, readers, and writers—and to strengthen the relationships between bookstores and the Romance community.

Beth Freely
Born and raised in upstate New York, with a brief and very influential stint living in Great Britain, Beth A. Freely now calls Texas her home. With more than 14 years of writing experience as a copywriter and published author, she holds a bachelor's degree in Journalism and Mass Media Communication with a minor in Marketing and a master's degree in English and Creative Writing. In 2003, after the prodding of some friends, she published some of her fanfiction online. She won awards for it and decided to write her first full-length novel. She is currently in the process of rewriting the novel in the hopes of publishing it in 2021. In 2005, Beth was the first-place winner of the 2005 Arche Books Publishing Novel Writing Contest, Women's Fiction with her novel Behind the Eyes of Dorian Gray. The Legend of Captain St. Pierre, her second novel, was written with her best friend, Mariam, and is the first book in a planned trilogy. The Loch, planned for a 2021 release, is her third novel. She is the owner of The Muses Funhouse.

MARGIE SEAMAN is an eighty-five-year-old, late-blooming author of her debut novel Someday Belongs to Us. After a forty-year career in marketing, she switched to a new venture in website design where she has been the president of Citation Solutions for the past fourteen years. Margie also writes a travel blog for seniors, The Graytripper, that encourages people to get out and explore their world. Margie is the mother of three, grandmother of seven, and great-grandmother of three. She holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Houston and lives in Houston, Texas, right down the street from her childhood home. She is currently dogless for the first time in her life but does have some totally spoiled cats that ungraciously allow her to share their living environment.
Yahrah St John
Yahrah St. John became a writer at the age of twelve when she wrote her first novella after secretly reading a Harlequin romance. Throughout her teens, she penned a total of twenty novellas. Her love of the craft continued into adulthood. She’s the proud author of thirty-nine books with Arabesque, Kimani Romance and Harlequin Desire as well as her own indie works.
